5. Influencers and creators: data we did not obtain directly from you
For client campaigns we look for creators on social media and keep an overview of them. The data come from publicly accessible profiles and sources or directly from you, for example when you write to us or fill in a form. Section 3 lists what data these are.
We share your data with a specific client only when we propose you for their campaign. If we approach you, we will inform you about the processing at the latest at the first contact. If you do not wish to be in our overview, write to us and we will erase your data, except for what we must keep by law or because of legal claims.
6. Who we share data with
Only people who need to work with the data have access to it, along with suppliers that help us run our business. Suppliers process data on our instructions, or as separate controllers where their terms say so.

For the USA there is a European Commission adequacy decision, (EU) 2023/1795, for companies participating in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Where it does not cover a supplier, we use the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, Decision (EU) 2021/914. We will give you a copy of these safeguards on request.
8. Cookies and withdrawing consent
The website uses necessary cookies without which it does not work, for example for language selection, saving your cookie settings and protecting forms. We do not need consent for these.
We run measurement and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity) only with your consent, which you give in the cookie bar. You can change or withdraw consent at any time as easily as you gave it, using the cookie settings icon on the website. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. 11. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions about you solely by automated means in a way that has legal effects on you or similarly significantly affects you. With your consent, advertising systems may assess your interests to show you more relevant ads.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we start using a new supplier. The current version is always on this page. If we wanted to use data for a purpose other than the one we obtained it for, we would inform you in advance.
